What's your order modification or cancelation policy?
Once your order has been placed, you may contact us here within 24 hours to change or cancel your order. After 24 hours, your order is in process of being shipped and can no longer be modified and/or cancelled.
What does Lifetime Warranty mean?
We believe we have the best stickers in the world. We stand behind the quality so much that our stickers come with Lifetime Warranty. If your sticker starts to peel or fade, as a result of normal wear and tear, contact us here and we will replace it free of charge.
Our warranty only applies to our stickers and for the first application of the stickers. If your sticker is damaged while trying to move it from one location to another, our Lifetime Warranty will not apply. Warranty does not apply to stickers that are no longer available on our website.

What's your return policy?
What if a sticker is out of stock?
As a small business, inventory management is a challenge for us. We try our best to keep stickers in stock, but sometimes, some sell out faster than others. If you see a sticker you love and it’s out of stock, make sure you opt-in for email notifications to be notified when that sticker is back in stock. You can do this by tapping “Notify me!” and entering your email address.
What's the Sticker Club?
The Sticker Club is our point system and a way for us to reward our sticker fans. Here's how it works:

Where are your stickers made?
Our stickers are manufactured in the U.S. and ship from Los Angeles, CA. You can read more about our stickers here.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Can I put the stickers on my car?
Yes, you can! Our stickers are sun and weather proof, so you can place them on any surface. However, they may leave a residue behind, so we recommend placing them on your windows instead of your bumper.
Do your stickers leave a residue when removing them?
Our stickers may leave a slight residue when you remove them. We recommend removing the residue using products like Goo Gone.
Do you do custom artwork or print custom stickers?
We do not do custom artwork or print custom stickers, but if you have a sticker idea, we'd love to hear it! You can submit your idea here.

Shipping Questions
How long does it take to ship an order?
We pack and ship orders within 72 hours from the time the order is placed. During holiday seasons or sales, you may experience a slight delay due to the influx of orders. Rest assured, we'll work on getting your order out as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience.
If your order doesn't arrive within 7 business days after the scheduled delivery date, please contact us here and we’ll reship your order.
Please note, this policy excludes errors made by customers who provide incorrect shipping details on their order and/or missed parcel deliveries.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the U.S. (including Puerto Rico). Make sure you subscribe to our email and follow us on social media to be notified of shipping updates.
All orders over $35.00 within the U.S. receive free shipping. Please note, the subtotal must equal $35.00 or more before discounts and/or shipping costs to receive free shipping.
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
We ship via USPS Priority Mail, which normally takes 2 - 3 business days to arrive after an order is shipped. All orders ship from Los Angeles, CA.
When do I receive my tracking number and/or how can I check the status of my order?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information. It may take up to 24 hours to see movement on USPS’ website after your tracking number has been created.

What if I haven't received my order yet?

I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
If you've entered the incorrect shipping address, head back to your order completion email or page and edit the address. This change must be done before your order ships and/or within 24 hours.
My total is over $35 but I'm being charged shipping. Why?
All orders over $35.00 receive free shipping. Your subtotal must equal $35.00 or more, before any discounts and/or shipping costs, to receive free shipping.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our minimum order quantity is 10 stickers per SKU and $100 minimum purchase order.
For officially licensed stickers, the minimum is 100 stickers per SKU. If you have any questions, please contact us here.
Will the stickers be individually wrapped in protective packaging?
Yes, we individually wrap stickers in our premium protective sleeves so they arrive safely.
What if the stickers don't sell?
No worries! To take the risk off your store, we'll buy back or exchange any unsold stickers. Our goal is to ensure you're successful, so we'll work with you to make things right.
Will you help promote our store?
Once you become a partner, we'll help promote your location to our passionate community of over 150,000 fans via email and social media platforms. We'll also add your store address to our store locator page to drive traffic to your location(s)!
