Our Story

Travel Lovers Unite

📌 JANUARY 2014

Alondra and Remi's love for travel made their long distance relationship, of two years, easier as they got to see each other every two months. While they usually met in a city somewhere in the US, in 2016, they decided to go on their first international trip as a couple to Japan.

Adventure Sparks Idea

📌 OCTOBER 2016

During a walking tour, they noticed a really popular stationery store called Tokyu Hands and decided to check it out. While exploring the store, they stumbled upon a shelf full of stickers made by B-Side Label. The uniqueness, high quality and strong focus on Japanese culture caught their eye. They wondered why something similar didn't exist in the U.S.

Blank Tag Is Born

📌 FEBRUARY 2017

Feeling inspired and after lots of hard work, Blank Tag Co. was born and the first four stickers became available. Although the cuteness was there, they made no sales. Alondra then came up with the idea of making culture stickers (The Tacos de Asada, The Elote and The Concha Sticker) and that's when they knew they were up to something.

Fast forward to today, we now have over 600 stickers and over 3,000, five star reviews from happy customers! Our stickers have been featured in mitú, BuzzFeed, POPSUGAR, and HUFFPOST. We also have select stickers in retailers, such as Tillys, and gift shops across the nation, inside museums, botanical gardens, and more.
